Dina Metti, MS, CN

Dina Metti obtained her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University. She later received her Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University in 2015. Dina has coordinated multiple clinical research projects that focused on bone health, childhood obesity, and the glycemic effects of fruit.

 

Dina has always had an interest in health, especially helping others achieve their wellness goals. She advocates for a preventative approach with a strong focus on nutrition.

Dina pursued a career in nutrition research to expand the knowledge and practice of preventative medicine. Her personal nutrition interests are nutrigenomics and the medicinal benefits of phytonutrients.
